A Meaningful Team-Building Event

Everok Group Malaysia Branch recently held a team-building event — a Pickleball Competition. Pickleball is a mixed sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis, while also featuring its own unique rules and playing skills. It is designed to be easy to pick up and fun to play, which is especially popular among young people. Six teams competed in this competition, and after the knockout rounds, the Picklebelles Team (Raja/Aina) and the Super Smash team (Siti/David) advanced to the final. After a thrilling match, the Super Smash Team edged out the Picklebelles Team with a 13–11 victory, claiming the championship title. More than just a team-building event, the pickleball competition blended physical activity, strategic thinking, and social interaction. It helped reduce work pressure, strengthened collaboration, and once again embodied Everok Group's corporate culture of "Harmonious Company, and Happy to Work".
